Jim sent me these photos and I had to post them for others.  That’s right, there is only 1” between those rails.  I had to ask to be sure I understood correctly.  Jim tells me that many of the fine scale parts are made by Herman Mitchell including these exquisite trucks.  Jim has consented to assemble a BoM for those who are attempting similar project.  And yes, of course the brakes work properly.    MD.
